Celebrating International Men’s Day 2025 at Turley Legal
International Men’s Day 2025 centres on the theme Celebrating Men and Boys. The day encourages recognition of positive role models, the importance of support for young men and the contributions men make within workplaces and communities.
At Turley Legal we are pleased to mark the occasion by celebrating our male team members and the supportive environment they contribute to across the firm. This year we place particular focus on welcoming Alexander Bell, who has joined the firm as a Legal Apprentice after completing his A-Levels in the summer.
Alexander has begun a four year law degree at Ulster University and will be working in the firm four days a week. This route allows him to build academic knowledge while gaining practical experience in a working legal environment.
Throughout his apprenticeship the male members of our team are committing to:
being mentors and role-models to Alexander, drawing on their experience in legal practice;
creating a supportive environment where questions are encouraged, knowledge is shared and development is supported; and
fostering strong professional habits, ethical practice and a commitment to excellence in his apprenticeship journey
International Men’s Day offers an opportunity to reaffirm our dedication to developing new talent and supporting young men as they begin their professional careers. By providing structured guidance and visible role models, we aim to help Alexander enter the legal profession with confidence and clarity about the standards expected.
We are delighted to welcome Alexander to Turley Legal and look forward to supporting him as he builds the foundations of his legal career.
