Senior Corporate Solicitor - Open

Your role will be a senior role working within the firm's Corporate team. You will work without supervision and manage a team to provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients in various corporate/commercial matters, ensuring compliance, managing legal risks, and protecting our clients' interests. You will be a strong team player, as the role will often involve working in partnership with the commercial property team on larger corporate transactions.  


Junior Corporate Solicitor - Open

Your role will be to provide legal advice in relation to various corporate and commercial matters whilst ensuring compliance, managing legal risks, and protecting our clients' interests. You will advise on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, corporate re-structuring and re-organisations, employee benefit schemes, shareholders/joint venture agreements and commercial contracts. You will assist and support the Managing Director and Senior Corporate Associates. 


Junior Real Estate Solicitor - Open

In this role, you will work as part of a team and will assist and be offered support by more senior solicitors in the firm. You will work closely with a more senior solicitor and assist with commercial property transactions, including working closely with our corporate/commercial team. The role involves servicing clients' real estate requirements, which often involves working with the corporate team on transactions. 


Senior/Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Open

Your role as Commercial Litigation Solicitor will specialise in litigation, providing legal guidance and support specifically in the area of litigation and dispute resolution. 


Legal Secretary - Closes 20th March 2024

Your role will be to provide administrative and clerical support to the legal team. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of legal procedures and terminology.  The role will predominately be within the property division at Turley Legal, with support extending to corporate and litigation practice areas.
